DONKS TO PRESENT 13-YEAR OLD SINGING SENSATION, FARREN WINTER, AS FEATURED ENTERTAINER ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 29th, 2015

The youngest regular performer at Donk’s, Miss Farren Winter of neighboring Gloucester County, will be taking the stage at Virginia’s Li’l Ole Opry on Saurday, AuguSt 29th as the featured entertainer of  the evening.   This young and very talented performer first came to Donk’s as a hopeful in the talent searches and captured the hearts of all who heard her sing.  Talent and Production Manager, Lynda Smith, recognized her outstanding talent and she became a member of the Opry Cast.  Farren attends Peasley Middle School.  She is a multi-talented young lady and has been nicknamed “Little Miss Dynamite” because of her presentation of the old Brenda Lee song “Dynamite”, which is a big hit with the Donk’s audiences.  At this show, Farren plans to present some “oldies” and some new country .  A young, but already very poised entertainer, this will be Farren’s third time to be the featured act at Donk’s.    The show will also feature the Donk’s regulars, Shades of Country and Uncle Jimmy.

Ticket Prices:  $15.00 for adults, 65 and older senior discount $12.00 at the box office only, and $5.00 for children. Show time is  8 P.M.  Doors open to the public at 7:30 P.M.  For tickets and information call 725-7760 or visit the website at donkstheater.com.
